We plan to have happy hours as well as sharing an evening meal each night of the pre-rally. We’ll be sending out a more definitive guideline when we get closer to the event – and have a better idea as to how many people are going to attend the pre-rally. You do not need to call the Expo to reserve your early days. ACA is handling the site assignments and parking for our rally. The ACA will assist in parking you and once set up on your site you can go to the EXPO office and pay for the additional days. Members arriving for pre-rallies should not be arriving before June 16th.
We plan on having a Southeast advance party at the Expo Center a few days before the Pre-Rally and we will send out e-mail updates!
