SEACA hosts the Two Part Tenth Annual ACA Eastern Regional Rally

January 9 – 17, 2021
Lazydays, Seffner, FL and the Tampa RV Show

The Tenth Annual ACA Eastern Rally is broken into Two parts.

  • The First part of the rally is held at Lazy Days from January 9th-12th.
  • The Second Part continues over at the Tampa RV Supershow.

Most of us attend both rallies but you are welcome to sign up for only part one and/or Part 2. Keep in mind that both rallies sell out very fast. The Tampa RV Supershow Registration opens on Oct 7th and will close as soon as it sells out (Which is usally Very fast).

 

 

Part One

  • 3 nights camping at Lazydays RV Campground,
  • Dinners on Saturday, Sunday and Monday
  • Two nights entertainment,

Part Two

 

 

Southeast attends the Florida RV Supershow January 12 – 17, 2021

THIS IS NOW SOLD OUT

This will be our fourth annual adventure at the Supershow and each year our rallies have gotten bigger and better. The Rally Starts on Tuesday January 12 and Ends on Sunday January 17. To attend the rally all Attendees MUST arrive at the designated time provided for the Rally. In the past this has been between 7:30-9:30 am on Tuesday. If you do not come at that time YOU WILL NOT be placed with the group. You will be placed wherever they can find a spot for you in the 2 square mile campground

The Registration fee includes

  • Entry for your Coach to the fairgrounds
  • 30 amp Power
  • Entry to the show every day for 2 people
  • Entertainment nightly at the show.

Southeast American Coach is planning as well

  • 3rd annual Seafood Boil
  • 2nd Annual BBQ
  • Potluck other nights
  • Happy Hours/Social every evening.

Supershow Rally agenda 2021 Final

As you plan to come to the event keep in mind that Water and sewage is NOT included so you need to come prepared with full water tanks and empty black and grey water. Once in the park you can use your TOAD to come and go at the park. You also can leave early if required. Many of our attendees leave on Saturday due to schedules

In the past years we have have 40+ coaches with 80+ people and it is always a great time!

FEES

  • Fees for part 2 will be the fees that FVRTA charges for camping onsite which will be $235.00 for 2 people and $20.00 for each additional person above 2.
  • a TBD fee for the rally.
    • This will be to cover Dinners and expenses for the rallies. This will be paid to SEACA. In the past we have been able to cover these expenses through sponsors. We will try to do that this year as well but will determine what is required as we get closer. Expect this amount to be between 0-$80. It all depends on sponsors. We will collect this fee (If their is any at the show)

Attending the Event

They will start parking our caravan at 8:45 AM on January 12 2021.   Our Caravan will enter Brad’s Gate with enough time to unhook the tow vehicle and get though registration.  The gate opens at 7:45 am.  

The next attachment will be the Caravan Window Placard. Placecard SEACA

Place the Caravan Window Placard on the front Driver side window down low so it can be read by the Parkers.  

Last attachment is instruction to get to the Brad’s Gate.

Deb Merritt – Ask Debbie!Learn more about your Coach

Anyone who has owned an American Coach in the past 20+ Years has had an opportunity to get help from Deb Merritt. She worked in Customer Service/Technical Support for Fleetwood for 20+ Years. She is without a doubt one of the most knowledgeable people regarding our coaches. Debbie will be at the Rally and will be doing a 1 hour seminar at Lazy Days. She will also be offering personal Walk throughs to help you get to know your coach and/or troubleshoot an issue. I highly, highly recommend Debbie and even those of us who think we know about our coaches learn new things every time we meet with her. AQUAHOT Service – Darrin Hathaway

Over the years many of us have used Darrin to provide our yearly service or troubleshoot issues with our Aquahot. Darrin will be coming down From Indiana for the show and his schedule fills up fast.
